do you want IPS or TN panel

IPS better panel overal you can watch it from all angles and great colour reproduction all high end monitors are IPS until oled becomes a thing


now for 600$ usd you can get 4k 60hz but you will need the new gtx 1080 to push games far enough to reach 60fps at 4k


if you're a casual gamer that dont play alot of fps or fast paced games then 144hz is useless for you
