So my GF is looking for her first custom built pc. The most important thing is that she wants the box/keyboard/monitor/mouse to look good. the design seems more important to her than the actual performance. ( ye she is a former mac user -.- )

Budget: she wants it to be as cheap as possible, but run smoothly. Under 500 CAD (if possible :/ )
More specific use (what games, what programs): The sims 3/4, GTA V , office, a bit of light photoshop, watch a lot of youtube videos of dumb good looking people vloging about their useless lives and she multitask quite a bit ( youtube, word, multiple internet tabs, etc)
Planned time until purchase: asap
Do you need an Operating System?: ye windows 7 or 10
Do you have any specific preferred components?: no ( but everything must be good looking.. I know.. )
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: yes both
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: stock
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: yes, good looking stuff. She might buy these by herself if she's too picky and if there is no real saving when buying with everything else.. this is really important to her for some reason.
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): h1t2x3 (montreal)

Thanks guys!!

the problem is gta V. this game requires a solid gpu but your budget has no space for that.
for 500 you can multitask with word, youtube and browsertabs as much as you want, but you cant smoothly play modern videogames.
change your expactation or the budget.

I know right haha..

So playing GTA is important to her haha.
So dont include a mouse keyboard and monitor.
And basically she is ready to increase the budget to be able to run the game smoothly

That should run smoothly at 1080p. You can save $70 by dropping to a Pentium G4400
