This is what i put together
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7NdXmG

If that isn't ideal you can help me better by answering some of these questions from the sticky
Budget:
Maximum you will spend? -
Will you complete mail in rebates? -
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? -
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? -
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? -

How much hard drive space do you want or need? -
Will you use wireless or wired internet? -
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? -
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? (Specific case, need lots of storage, audio etc.) -

Style (optional)
Do you prefer any specific colors for the build/computer case? -
Do you prefer a window on your case? -
*(Please note how picky you will be with colors. Sometimes it's just not feasible to get some colors on certain parts)*

Thanks for taking time to do all of that, much appreciated!

Budget:
Maximum you will spend? - Would like to stay around 600-650 after rebates.
Will you complete mail in rebates? - Yes sir!
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? - Yes sir!
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? - No sir!
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? - I have all of this. Keyboard, mouse, and 1080 tv as minitor.

How much hard drive space do you want or need? - More than likely will just be used as a gaming computer, and surfing the internet.
Will you use wireless or wired internet? - Wireless preferred!
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? - Not sure what this is or how to do it, so chances are no!
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? (Specific case, need lots of storage, audio etc.) - I will be using a gaming headset to audio really doesnt matter as far as speakers go. Just normal audio is good for me!

Style (optional)
Do you prefer any specific colors for the build/computer case? - Colors do not matter to me, black / white / green / purple, anything works!
Do you prefer a window on your case? - No preference here! Not sure price difference either.

Sweet deal! How come an i3 processor instead of an i5-i7? is that due to my price range? Will it effect speed or gaming much?

Yes its due to your price range.
To answer your complex question simply, the i3 will deliver you a good experience.
You can almost always purchase something with more power, but the key is to buy what you can afford and balance your parts accordingly. For example if you gave me more budget, i would still not give you an i5, i would put even more money into your graphics card, up until a certain point, before bothering with a processor.

The only thing i might recommend is not using the core1000 case.
I used one of these on my brothers computer. It wasn't easy to work with. A usb port did break remarkably easy, but this could just be a 1 time thing.
It really was not laid out remarkably well. If you can, i would maybe dump another 15 into a slightly better case. I'm a huge fan of the coolermaster n200 personally.
