Just lookin for a nice comp to run wow without any issues and maybe path of exile

On a tight budget atm: 400-500

Can be pre built if it's good enough

I'm getting so many mixed opinions and signals here.

I just wanna raid with no troubles :(

I won't play fallout or black ops 3 on the rig if that helps.

Pretty much strictly for wow and d3/path of exile - not looking for a super PC. Just a decent starter one that I can upgrade accordingly over time

I'll probably drop $300+ on a new gfx card pretty soon if I purchase this pc

I use my ps4 for more demanding games (I'm brand new to gaming pcs so maybe in the future I'll expand to more PC oriented)

I've never seen a situation where the 750 ti beats out the 950.

The only mixed signal is that he says he would change the graphics card (gtx 950) to a different one called the Gtx 750 ti, a lower cost, lower powered version of the 950.

Outlandish?!?!?!?

No source really, it's just a better budget card. IMHO both are fine and performance is quite similar.
