Bought MSI R7 Radeon 2gb OC GPU and I checked that my graphics card is compatible with mainboard, checked from here http://findhard.ru/en/checkcompatibility/part?partType=MotherBoards&id=3320&model=asrock-960gm-gs3-fx,

but once I installed hardware to my mainboard, GPU did not respond to work, I calculated that power consumption is around 400W usage with current installed devices, but recommended is 500W any chance my power supply is too old to supply my new GPU?

Thanks for all providing information.

there are many 420watt power supplies. Some can deliver 400 watt, some can not.
