Hello guys. I have about $1,000.00 CANADIAN dollars to spend upgrading my computer. I would like a new motherboard, video card, SSD and CPU. What should I be getting exactly?

I have a new 160w power supply and I will be reusing my dvd drive and case + the fans I've got (unless my fans wont work with new stuff? I know less than nothing about computers so any help is appreciated.
