What's the best option for me?
buy new pairs or add 2 the same ram?

Just noticed you're running 2133. Buy a matching set.

If you're overclocking your CPU, Its usually better to get 2x 8gb instead of 4x 4gb. Puts less stress on the memory controller.

This is true. Especially in dual channel setups.
