yes. samsungs 850 evo is one of the most reliable consumer ssd's for a resonable price.

i saw video a guy booting pc with ssd and hdd holy fk ssd is worth every god dam penny u can imagine


took 30 sec longer to boot the pc with hdd

just get 1 tb ssd and skip buying hdd


unless u use storage like crazy 1tb is plenty

does this one even exist? I know there is a 850 evo m.2 version, a 950 pro and a SM951. What is a 940 evo????

the difference of a m.2 to a regular ssd is that you paying a 100 dollar premium to score higher results in synthetic benchmarks, without having any benefits in regular applications.
a m.2 can be much faster then a regular ssd, but there is currently no consumer application that can make any use of it. These super fast SSD's really start to shine, when many people or applications access the drive at the same time.
