hi was wondering if you guy get me all the pc parts to mount a cheap 150-250$ pc for some practice never built a pc myself
nothing fancy just all the parts u would find in a regular pc
so psu case mobo gpu cpu ram storage and 1 fan for practice purposes
if thats possible let me know
ill prob give the pc to my brother

I would rather skip the GPU and go with a better CPU that has an integrated GPU. Simply because it is much faster. No point in getting a GPU that is twice as slow as the integrated grafics.

you really dont need any practise. If you cant manage to build you own pc, even if you have never done it before then you have much bigger problems to worry about.
It is very easy. Like lego.
But if you really just want to build one then canadian borns build might be an option.

my honest opinion... ask friends/ friends of family, or even kijiji ad for a few old computers you can tinker with to learn on. i wouldnt drop the money on a build that is really only capable of running a word processor and surfing the net... slowly...
with used computers just remember to look at every board for swollen or popped capacitors, if there is even one on a board, dont use it..
