I don't know anything about ssds, I've used hdds for the past several years. I'm wanting to stay under 100$, what would be the "best bang for the buck"? Was personally thinking the Samsung 850 250gb

samsung evo is overrated imo, bought 1 and it became slow after a few months and turned out they had a bug that made opening rarely used programs slow.
