Hi im looking to spend $1000 dollars on a new gaming pc tower. I have everything else just need the tower. I came up with this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZG4gRB but wanted to see if I could find a better deal

If your only using it for gaming the i5 6600 is a better choice.
Also in this price class you should buy a ssd.
The PSU is to expensive. EVGA offers semi modular powersupplies for half the price and the quality does not differ much.

how about gaming and streaming at the same time? is the amd I posted or a i7 4000+ better?

as long as you dont do any video rendering or other workstation grade tasks the i5 will always be the best option currently.

drop one of the drives based on capacity needs if you can't go over budget :)
