they deliver it im not home, apparently because the value was so low they just left it on my steps or something, of course when i come home it isnt there....

I ask for a refund and they say, are you sure your neighbors didnt pick up the package

My neighbors probably did pick up the package and now have a free hard drive...

Call whoever delivered it. They're responsible not NCIX.

No idea why people blame the retailer, when they aren't the ones delivering. Blame Fed0x, FedEx, ups, etc. Whatever the courier company failed

I dun know how it works in CAN, but in the USA you can go to the deliverer's site, make a free account, and give them instructions for what to do with your package if you're not home...aka...give to a neighbor you trust, re-deliver next day etc.

Im just gonna buy in person from computer stores from now on

Like I said, you can make a free account on each delivery site and insist, they wait for a signature...or one of a few other options.
