I haven't really checked to see if you can lower the cost a bit but those are all really nice parts. Only thing I have to say is that you probably don't need that many fans and you should get 2 new fans for the cpu cooler. I have the same one and the stock fans are loud as fuck

The cpu cooler is great but since you're buying so many fans I'd say you might as well get 2 nice fans for the cpu cooler and it'd be even better

And just cause you have slots for 8 fans doesn't mean you need to fill them. Usually just 2-3 is great and having more only introduces more noise and doesn't lower temps

changed it for a nxzt krakenx61

almost feel like going for a cryorig r1 but its massive

also will settle for 5 fans 2x front 140m 1xrear 140mm and 2x bottom 120m

the cooler has 2 to its enough for good airflow

Word youll definitely have enough airflow lol

Keep in mind the radiator for the cooler will take up two 120mm fan slots as well. Your case also comes with 3x 140mm fans, I'd imagine they're pretty decent and would try those first

A custom watercooling loop would be sick too if you're into that

Are you using this rig for gaming? If so your 32 gb ram is way overkill. Generally you only need 32 gb of ram is usually only used for tons of video editing and multitasking.

If I was you, I would either spend a bit more or cut back from somewhere elsewhere and get a 5820K and X99 board.

i know the 5820k is more powefull when oc'd but skylake will do the job
