More specific use (what games, what programs): Maple story, mainly CS Go

Do you need an Operating System?: I have a laptop with Windows 10 can I use that?
Do you have any specific preferred components?: no
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: wireless for wifi
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: stock?
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: no

You can use your Operating System if it is a retail version. If it was a pre-installed win 7,8 or 10 then it can not be moved to different hardware.

You could also drop the dedicated grafics card an go for a i3 6320. But i dont know how well CS:GO performs with Intels onboard grafic chip. You might have to do some research if the Intel HD Grafics 530 is enough for the games you want to play.

this would be better, add a graphics card later
the 6600k comes with intel 530 graphics would should run cs:go just fine :)
60fps on medium is what you're looking at with this system
if you plan on dropping a high end GPU into the system at a later time then you should get a better PSU than the one I just linked
