Use this site bro. http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

Your build looks ok looks ok. What case and power supply? And you're gonna need a bigger HDD.

Try filling this out:

Budget:
More specific use (what games, what programs):
Planned time until purchase:
Do you need an Operating System?:
Do you have any specific preferred components?:
Do you need a sound or wireless card?:
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?:
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?:
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs):

We can then get you the most for your money.

upgrading your list a little;

Base Total: $509.84
Promo Discounts: -$10.00
Mail-in Rebates: -$45.00
Shipping: $3.99
Total: $458.83

theres a compatability issue with the 212 and your case (unsure if the 212 will fit or not) stock cooling would suffice if you dont plan on overclocking.

also; your psu will be under more than 60% load, you may want to maybe look into a newer case and larger psu in the near future ( maybe a case with a usb 3.0, and psu of 650-850w if you plan on upgrading further in the future)

I personally use the motherboard, cpu and ram listed in my partspicker list, and have not had ANY problems thus far, in the 4 months ive had them ( ive also added liquid cooling and overclocked the 8320 to 4.5ghz from 3.5)

edited list adding a better psu and case with usb 3.0 and no compatability issues for future vid card upgrades/cpu cooler : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LNfmnQ

Depends a lot on the PSU maker.

this.
But Thermaltake should be fine even if your drawing close to the maximum capacity.

By the way, here is my suggestion:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wd9mnQ

And dont worry about it beeing a dual core processor. It beats the AMD 8 cores by far in gaming performance.
