Need something thats lower wattage on both idle and active.
Not sure this models wattage is but I need something less if possible.
I care more about active wattage vs idle if I have to choose.

i would assume intel would take the cake with these, I really don't know though

The plextor m5p is your drive if you want a bottom end power consumption, its active power consumption is .25 watts which is literally nothing.... but all ssds are extremely low on power consumption

sandisk extreme only uses .6 watts which is still extremely low and is a superior drive in every way
