Pretty sure you can get away with a Pentium G4400 and misc H110 board for ~$100, then drop ~$40 on 8gb ram.
I was browsing ebay and I found a decent rig, that has a third gen i5 a micro atx mobo that would accept my r9 270x. Would you be able to tell me if this shit would be worth it if I can get it for sub 200$. I also need a monitor and it actually comes with one I was about to buy the other day.
What it includes the following:Decisively I would just like a run down of what is exactly included.
-Case Yes included with a new Antec VP450 450Watts of power
-Motherboard - Yes included - ASRock H61M-VG3
-CPU - Yes included - I5-3330 @ 3.00ghz
-Ram - Yes included - Super Talent W1600UB8GS - 1 modual (8G/512x8)
-Hard Drive (Yes Both Drives included) -Boot Drive = Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 360gb SN: 6QF2ZW0E; ST3360320AS; Storage Drive; WD 1.5TB S/N:WMSVU0382443; MDL# WD15EADS00P8B0
-Monitor - Yes Included - LCD H236HL
-BluRay RW - Yes Included
-PSU - Yes new power is included
-Keyboard(which kind) - Yes Included- Acer 6511 PS2
-Mouse(which kind) - Yes included New OON USB mouse
My idea is to use only the mobo, cpu, monitor, and one hard drive as a storage drive, then maybe find a cheaper mobo cpu and resell whats left and recoup most of the money I spend. I figure any decent running tower should be able to get me atleast 50-75$, which I would then use to buy better ram.
