That would be my first guess, but we can build better ones, if you give us all information about your current system. Mostly there are some parts that can be reused like the case, hdd's, optical drives etc.
Also there will be many people that dissagree on this one, but at your budget you really should not overclock your cpu. The CPU is hardly ever the limiting factor, and overclocking mid range cpu's does not represent good value for money. You spend a lot money on better cooling, unlocked cpu's and Z170 chip sets to get like a 10% overclock. You should only overclock if you already have a good cooler that fitts the 1151 socket, and you know what your doing when getting a BIOS update to overclock the locked versions of intels cpu's. But i heard you lose warrenty.

That haswell build is actually not bad.
Apart from a missing ssd but according to budget.

And no dont wait for pascal, the difference will be nearly zero in terms of performance compared to what you can already do with a simple 390.

Pascal will be like skylake, absolutely not worth it.
Or tell me you get 160fps in all games, with pascal you will get 180.
Tell me why would I wanna wait for pascal and pay premium price for 20 fps that won't make absolutely any difference in any game that I already Max at 160.

Then change to a i5 6600 prozessor (non-k). But besides that you should be covered for your needs at 1080p. If you want to play at 1440p you might have to pay a little more and get a 390x.

The same reason why people pay like a 80$ premium to get a 10% overclock on their cpu, which was already way faster then the gpu in the first place.

I'm just saying what I would do.
Op plays non-gfx intensive games, hence the 750ti thought, perhaps his taste will change as well as his monitor, which is why I thought of going Pascal after that. Didn't mention it would have to be on release date or anything.

If his tastes don't change then he will get a lot of use of a $110 card

Also i am just going to throw in a little more "modern" pc. It is the build that i am currently using, so dont get confused about the EURO costs of the accessories. I found almost all the parts i used in the US version as well, switched out some parts like the PSU.
For the accessories and custom parts you have to look what they sell in your local stores or on amazon. The build is not really optimised for best Bang for your Buck but has a slim, white design to fitt modern appartments and built in bluetooth and wifi so that you wont have this cable mess behind your desk. Also it runs super quite if your set your cpu fan to 35% until 60C. (downside is that you dont have a optical drive anymore)

Its ofcourse fast enough to play all the games you listed on 1080p. (maybe not on ultra settings, this can be solves by updating to a asus gtx 970)
