I currently have a 120 gb samsung evo 840 ssd
So when i change games i literally have to uninstall and reinstall...pain in my ass

Ssds are dirt cheap

Microcenter has a 240 gb samsung evo for like under 100 bucks....

Could i just plug and play it .... as a secondary drive... plug the drive with sata cables and away we go... i havent had a slave drive since the ide cable days which was simple enough...

Not sure if i need to go into bios and set boot order or anything crazy

Yes just plug it in and go. You may have to set it to active in Disk Management but it's fine to use.

Plug and go
Just set the default 1 (with operating system) as main boot (done in bios)
