windows 7
amd fx(tm)-8350 eight-core processor 4.00 ghz
64 bit operating system
gpu = gforce gtx 660
mb = M5 A97 R2.0 asus
16 bg ram
running on hdmi 1080p 1920x1080
d3 has been getting very laggy and freezing
comp runs around 37c 40 at max

Did you update applicable drivers?
If you use a SSD, is it running low on free space and/or does your SSD need TRIM enabled?

How so? Ive never had an issue with it. At one point I was playing it on a Intel Hd 4400 and it ran great at 720p on med settings.
