CPU is mega old I would be probably not at med/high
Rest is kinda fine tho

D3 is much more xpu intensive than gpu intensive

No it can't. GPU & RAM are both fine, everything else HAS to be replaced (especially CPU as that's too slow.)

But recommanded for D3 is Intel® Core™ 2 Duo 2.4 GHz. Isn't that CPU weaker compared to the one I placed in the list?
Also Intel® Celeron® G1840 2.8GHz 2MB is from 2014. I woulden't call that mega old. D3 is 2012 :).
