Is their much difference besides price?


And I have msi motherboard and gfx card in my build

But evga went on sale what would I all have to change if I went this route or should I stay with msi

You can mesure the speed difference, but it does not make any difference in gaming and everyday usage.

cas 15 and 2400+ is the sweet spot for ddr4 kits atm, at minimum you should be looking at those :)

ram is ram if ddr3 and not apu

skylake scales better with higher speed rams cos of their memory controller improvement vs older gen's, so 3000 is the sweet spot for price/perf
