Budget: 500-600 $ (Lowering my budget due to my phone bill haha)
More specific use (what games, what programs): (D2, Counter Strike, Skype, Vent, Game Capture 1080p/60fps

Do you need an Operating System?: (No i am using a cracked version then upgrading to 10s)

Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: (I'd like to see the prices on all but i can always buy this seperate) - Currently using a k120 logitech Keyboard / logitech mouse / Generic PnP Acer monitor

dont expact constant 60 fps at high grafic settings. for that you should upgreat to a r9 390 as soon as you have some more money.
