Yes if you wipe your hard drive its clean :)

The new intel processors don't come with coolers, so you need to add one.
I also switched out the corsair psu for the evga one, its pretty much identical in terms of quality and features, but much cheaper.

edit: I've also heard bad things from Rikuo about some MSI motherboard (can't remember which specific) having Vdroop issues when it comes to overclocking, might want to choose a different brand or speak with him personally.

Last note, that case is the cheapest its ever been according to the PPP

Well I don't have any personal experience with any specific motherboards to recommend,
but I would say just about any other board maker or give Rikuo a shout to see which board it was to avoid it. ^_^

If you're not going to overclock then it wouldn't matter though, because as far as I know Rikuo's issue was specific to overclocking.
As long as a board has a 3+ year warranty and the features you want, you are good (without considering overclocking). ^_^

the motherboard is fine,
1. ur not overclocking
2. ur getting a non-k version
3. ur not an OC enthusiast

however, because u waited too long the price went up like ~$20 so it's not worth getting it nemore.

would be ideal to get without spending much, and has all the shit u need

i7 6700k
good z170 board
which will be way over your budget, and you would also need to get an aftermarket cpu fan for overclocking.
unless ur friend is a OC maniac and knows what he's doing, wont be worth it
just like paying $50 more for that 970 isnt worth over the 390
but that's up 2 u

That RAM iisn't compatible according to G Skill's site. H170 won't run overclocked RAM.
