Budget:
3.000€ = approx 3,250 USD

More specific use (what games, what programs):
DayZ SA, Battlefield 5 (when released), Fallout 4, etc.
Plannin on playing quite a lot of upcoming games. Will most probably be playing DayZ the most tho. ^_^

Planned time until purchase:
Hoping to have it sitting on my desk in approx 7 weeks, that's when I'll start having more time to play.

Do you need an Operating System?:
Yes. I'm thinking Windows 8.1 as I wasn't impressed with Win 10 on my laptop (please tell me why I should use Win 10 if I'm wrong!)

Do you have any specific preferred components?:
I'd prefer Intel + Nvidia, prob i7

Do you need a sound or wireless card?:
Sound card, yes.

Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?:
I do not plan on overclocking as I'm not very experienced with the subject.

Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?:
Yes, 1 monitor (not sure on this either, always had a Laptop. Which size should I use and which resolution? 24'' fullHD? 4k? Please do educate me!)

Zip code/location? (Shipping costs):
Finland

Thanks in advance! If I do end up ordering your suggestion(s), I will be donating you 228,50 Forum Gold!

€3199.44

This is €200 Euro's over, but if u take out OS which you could get for free, you will save 160 and sound card which isn't really needed, you will save 60.
Also the monitor is a 27" with 160Hz and IPS is about 850 but it's one of the best monitors out there especially for gaming since it has such a high refresh rate as well as being QHD and 1ms and IPS.
You can get a much cheaper monitor. This has only 1 980TI but with the PSU you could add another one later on or change the monitor and get another 980TI.
I used a 500GB SSD, which enough for ur OS, Games, Programs to run on. And I added a 3TB 7200RPM drive for ur storage, like Movies, Shows, Backup, and w/e else you need.

No problem

u took mine, and changed the hard drive, while mine is 50-60% more expensive it has 200% more space.
As for PSU urs is 100 cheaper, but I prefer a Platinum Grade PSU and since the 1200W was such a good deal I just went with that instead of a 1000W one that is about the same price.

If I were to go with a lower power PSU I would switch to this.

Actually your build wasn't too bad. I did use it as a base. I also changed the motherboard as I'm not a fan of MSI. I also didn't see the need for a 1200 W PSU. I also switched cases and removed the ODD. Nobody really uses them anymore.
