It's really hard to find a bloat-free computer, but it's easy enough to spend an hour cleaning it up.

Just look for something with a dedicated graphics card that's in your budget.

Get an ASUS or MSI from Newegg or Amazon. That's about as bloat free as you can get.

There's also a free program called: PC DeCrapifier that was made just for the purpose of removing bloatware.

In Canada...who knows. I can't search for prices in Canada as well as someone who lives in Canada can. But that link above, is about the best your gonna get...laptop wise...not price wise, for what you wanna do with it.

Here is the same list sorted to 950m grfx part, and a 17.3 inch screen size...in the USA ofc.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100157995%2050001315%2050001312%204814%20600555764%20600004380&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&Order=PRICE&PageSize=30

Search for these in Canada, coz if you go lower than one of these, they are either gonna be crappy builds or filled with bloat ware, or won't play your games well. Even at this price point in the USA, you'll be at the low limit for those games.
They will definitely cost more in Canada.

/e If you absolutely must, you can add ACER to the list along with ASUS and MSI.

/e Here is a list...sorted to 950m and 1920 x 1080 resolution at Newegg Canada...try finding one of these at a better price..

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006741%2050055877%2050001314%2050001312%2050001077%204814%20600555764%2050001315%20600004420&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&Order=PRICE&PageSize=30

...as you can see they cost a bit more than you want to spend and I even added a couple other good manufacturers as well.

Namely... Acer, GIGABYTE, MSI, SAMSUNG, and ASUS

you can probably find a 950m, i5, 120gb ssd+1tb hdd. I forget the exact model but just search newegg
once you find the one you want check amazon and other sites to see if it is cheaper elsewhere
