If u want win7, get pro
So when u upgrade to 10, u get pro version there (no such thing as win10 ultimate)

Win 7 w/ SP1 will still be supported by MS till the year 2020.

So, for some it's worth it. Personally, I think early adopters of Win 10, will start to regret it more and more. In short, Win 10 is more or less, giving control of YOUR comp to Microsoft., unless you get the Enterprise version.
