Budget: 800-900$ including tax
More specific use (what games, what programs): anything
Planned time until purchase: when the built is done and im happy with it !
Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: No intel
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: Not if it come in the video card (no wireless tho)
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: No
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: No
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): H2J 1Y0 (Not exact location but in Montréal,Quebec)

What are your preferences in case style? (lights, flashy, dull, etc): I dont need a case, i will get one in at my local shop
Are you planning to use multiple monitors?: No
Are you looking for upgrade-ability? : I dont know yet.
Do you have any preferred brands? : AMD
Can you reuse any components from an older build? : No
Is there anything else you think we should know?: I dont need these things (Monitor,Mouse,Keyboard,Computer Cases,Powersupply and fans. I will get these at a local shop when i decide, for the moment i need a setup for the rest so it fit perfectly)
800-900$ should be including tax shipping to canada, 1TB HDD should be enough for me unless u find a 2TB deal at the same price of for little extras, shipping to canada.
Also, HDMI port is a must.

i will tip fg to the build i take.

So you are looking to spend $800-$900 USD or CAD?
Also, what are you using this PC for and if it is for games, what games are you looking to play on it?

You should go look at cases, unless you know which kind u want
Matx, atx, mini itx.. Ect

That should be step 1

here is my suggestion
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/HFF4xr

didnt factor in tax, not sure if $40 is enough wiggle room, I doubt it, just downgrade the mobo in that case :P

CPU: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285
$200 - AMD FX-8320 8-Core 3.5 GHz (4.0 GHz Turbo)
Mobo: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131873
$125 - ASUS M5A97 w/ USB 3.0 and UEFI BIOS
RAM: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231615
$100 - 16GB 2x8GB 1866 (Can upgrade later by adding 2 more sticks)
HDD: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148834
$90 - Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB (only $25 more than 1TB version)
SSD: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147372
$90 - 250GB SAMSUNG 850 EVO (I took the liberty to add this since they have a sale
on it of 50% and it will improve your computer's performance a lot, your boot time will be faster,
installing os, and other stuff. I believe an SSD is a must on any new PC, run your OS and programs
off this and for your storage like videos or w/e use the HDD)
Video Card : http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150735
$210 - Radeon R7 370 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 (this should be good enough, but if you need
a better one you can remove the SSD and upgrade it to something a little better, the SSD is one of
the things that is definitely worth having for $90 especially a 250GB EVO, you can ask anyone in the forum)
Shipping: $20
Taxes: $40

Grand Total: $878.59
