i already found out about the most facts about ram.

here you can see how you find out about the different speed levels (its about ddr4 here)

Download the free program called Speccy and tell us what motherboard you have.

Eyeballing it, it should be compatible, but telling us your motherboard would let us be certain.

I wouldn't worry too much about all this information. While he is correct, RAM speed ultimately does not impact very many things in a meaningful way.
Also, this is the same guy who made a video "how to upgrade your ps3 to ps4/Xbox 360 to ps4" so we should all at least question him a little bit XD
