Dear helpers,

please read through all, so you don't do work that fellow helpers on forums or myself already did

Budget: close around 1500€
More specific use (what games, what programs): - Gaming (GTA V, Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Deus ex Mankind devided, new Hitman...) I'll play with 1080p i guess.
Planned time until purchase: - Next few weeks i hope
Do I need an Operating System?: - Depends (i got a windows ultimate 64bit and guess i can upgrade this to win7) I later plan to run win xp for retro games and os x if possible for me (because aim used to os x)
Do I have any specific preferred components?: - i7 6700k, MSI R390, SSD Only Memory, Fast DDR4, most silent hardware (cooling) but no passive gpu i guess
Do I need a sound or wireless card?: - Wireless would be cute (but can add it later also)
Do I want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: - I want aftermarket cooling for more silence and better cooling. would and will overclock if i need to (for mentioned games) and for future games.
Do I need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: -
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): Germany

Additional information that may help you assist me:

What are My preferences in case style? (lights, flashy, dull, etc) - Be quiet! silent base 600w
Am I planning to use multiple monitors? - Not really (use TV Panel (via hdmi and or apple tv) and may use a retina laptop to stream games to with steam in home streaming)
Am I looking for upgrade-ability? - Not really, better gpu later maybe
Do I have any preferred brands? - be quiet!, Msi, maybe crosshair if i go for hydro cooling... some known good stuff

Is there anything else I think we should know?
I don't plan to use Hard drives later on (don't use any on other pcs/laptop (macs))
I want the system to be as quiet as possible for my budget. I still don't know a lot about building a pc but I am positiv about learning some.
I'll try to build the pc with a Friend or two (non Pc builders but somehow studied engineers).
I am not sure if the hydrocooling fits in my case and if its more silent and efficient than the dark rock pro.
I am not sure if my psu delivers enough watts on full load but i guess so.
I read that there is a special order in wich i should install the operating systems... need to figure that out as detailed as needed.

this is my current setup: (i use this site because i find many more (all) of the items i chose than on pcpartpicker) on there only 40% of the items are available with a price)

These are the items i chose and they seems pretty good matching:

2x Samsung SSD 850 Evo 250GB, SATA (MZ-75E250B)

Intel Core i7-6700K, 4x 4.00GHz, boxed without cooling (BX80662I76700K)

G.Skill RipJaws V red DIMM Kit 16GB, DDR4-3000, CL15-15-15-35 (F4-3000C15D-16GVR)

MSI R9 390 Gaming 8G, Radeon R9 390, 8GB GDDR5, 2x DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort (V308-041R)

MSI Z170A Gaming M7 (7976-001R)

be quiet! Silent Base 600 with window, silenced (BGW06)

Corsair Hydro Series H110i GTX (CW-9060020-WW)

be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 750W ATX 2.4 (BN252)

I think the bottleneck is now the gpu right? many builds on this budget use a geforce gtx 980ti.

My setup aims more on silence so i had to spend 100-200$ more on psu, cooling and case for that reason

Cases without windows are quieter than cases with windows. You lose the extra insulation around the window. The Fractal Design Define R5 is probably one of, if not the, best case for this.
An air cooler (like the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 or the Noctua NH-D15) will run quieter than the H110i GTX.
Your GPU is fine, especially if you're only going to play 1080p. It will even play 1440p just fine, but not at 144 Hz. Although, AMD cards tend to run hotter than Nvidia cards, so be prepared for a bit more fan noise.

thx! i already switched to define r5 due to more investigation.

Fractal Design Define R5 Blackout Edition with window, silenced (FD-CA-DEF-R5-BKO-W)

ill go with this one. i may buy a better glass somewhere later (silenced thick double layer glass i guess)

for the looks id like to go with corsair H110i GTX and may install more silent fans if it gets too loud. the reviews i have seen or read, show its not louder than the dark rock pro on same grade of cooling.

the fractal is in fact much better for my purpose compared to the silent base 600. The Window ist also smaller and the fan/radiator support is much better.
