Should I get something different or is this a good build? Ran low on money so I cant get my 1500$ PC.

You can get this for all of $20 more. You can also use a flash drive to install windows as you do not need a cd drive, also u can get windows for $20 on reddit.

So for $840 this pc will outperform the one u posted. Also if u want to crossfire later on you can. Also for $25 more you can add the cpu cooler.

Will this run D3 and LoL on max settings?

Should have no problems with those games. Will also play a lot of newer titles very well also.

Games like GTA V would be like 45FPS @ max. So like High VS ultra it would play fine on HIGH.

This could work too. Better gfx card older cpu, mobo and ram. no 3.0 usb header for the new case.

Just a side note, you say you're short on $$ but perhaps you could select to do incremental upgrades instead?

I would wait on the gpu til next paycheck or something and get a very solid build started instead

Change 960 to 970 and you have a good build
