My original plan was to buy a new system for my nephew. But in the last week he has lost all interest i gaming it seems so I don't want to drop 500 on something he isn't going to use. I have found an i3 cpu and motherboard for about 70$, getting a used 300gb raptor for 30$, working on used ram right now but that should be had for about 20-30$. My main concern is GPU. I am trying to keep the build under 200$ total reusing my case and power supply, a corsair hx 650. So I have plenty of power.

What should I be looking at used for around 50-70$ that will run path of exile decently?

I have been out of the loop gpu wise. So the gtx 660oc is usually better than a 750ti correct? Due to being 196 bit over 128 bit? I found one of each around the same price

My cousin has a used radeon 6970 also. he is unsure if it works or not also. So I can hold off on this for a bit to get a good deal, and if his ends up working I will just use that. Just waiting for it to get here to test it.
