gpu will fit? part picker says it doesn't know

Vid card will fit by a mile. It's only 8.4 inches long.

much better CPU
much better PSU
better GPU
much newer mobo
etc.

it'll last much longer than the athlon x4,
and the 4460 will be better for d3 and WoW

what would be the best way to get it down to like $400 to compensate for shipping?

It's not good because to fit 4460, ur downgrading all of its other components and even suggesting poor quality psu.
Better off getting a g3258 at that point
