Hey, I mainly play PoE on my computer but have trouble with groups and with builds that spam alot, like Cast on Crit. I don't really have the money to upgrade right now but wondering if yall could help me figure out what I will need to be looking to upgrade and around what price range I am looking at. I know I need to upgrade GPU but don't really want to buy one around $300 if I don't have to. Also, not sure if I need to upgrade CPU, still learning about parts and what they do/help. Thanks

Upgrade to an FX-6300 (currently $89.99) and overclock it a bit, it may be worth overclocking your current CPU for now, assuming your cooling is sufficient.

A GPU upgrade would help, you can pick up a GTX 750Ti for $89.99 currently or jump on a GTX 960 for $149.99.

Was a pre-built that I upgrade alittle here and there. Guess it is stock cooling haven't upgrade that. Added Ram, EVGA Bronze 500W, SSD, and my old GPU, 6770. Wish I didn't get a pre-built and just ordered all from NCIX, but I am stuck with it now.

Will those GPUs be fine with only a 500w PSU? As for overclocking, need to read about it, never did it before.

Ended up going for the GTX 960. Was thinking about upgrading CPU and getting the 750ti but decided to go with the better GPU. Might be going for an Intel card later, need to get a new Motherboard anyways because this current one doesn't have a SATA III connector for my SSD.

This is the one I went with. Wasn't my first pick but others were sold out. got it for $180, and has a $30 mail in rebate so it.

You might have been better off getting an aftermarket factory overclocked 950. They aren't that far off a 960 performance wise. Looks like the one you got is just a tweaked reference 960.

I don't think so. The reference cards have a much better fan...they last longer etc. I always buy reference cards.

Ok, thanks. Wasn't sure what a reference card was.
