Problem is, I program, multi task, open multiple windows, watch videos while playing games and feel for some reason my computer is lacking and slows down. Games randomly freeze my machine sometimes for a few seconds then becomes responsive again. Sometimes my machine just overheats and shuts off everything on me until I restart it again. I feel like I need to do a complete new build using the RAM, GC and Storage I currently have.

I want to also get a 144hz monitor with a small bezzel ( I don't need two correct? Only need 1 for my main gaming and 1 60 hertz for secondary)?

I would like to keep the new build under $1000 total preferable a new monitor included as well. I don't overclock as I don't see a point seeing as games won't even run faster overclocked CPU. Also i don't really want to get the new intel 6000+ because I would need to buy all new RAM, but if it would increase gaming a shit ton...I might consider it.
