I have a few thigns I feel might need upgrading

1TB HDD
Radeon 6970 GFX
16 Gig Ram
No Liquid Cooling
i7-2700K CPU @ 3.50GHz

Was wondering what should be upgraded first, and if there are any deals I should be snagging.

I would suggest video card, then maybe HDD to a Solid State Drive. I currently have a ATI Radeon HD 6850 which is in the same series as yours, and it has to run Fallout 4 on lowest settings and resolution just to be playable.

In this order

New gpu, 970 or 390, depends on Ur psu

Evo 212 cooler, and OC that beast cpu. Assuming you have a quality psu.

SSD

U kinda missed out on some sick deals in Canada.
