Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: Not really but I do like Asus and Intel. Looking at the i7 4790k since it seems like its gonna go on sale and NZXT cases look awesome.
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: No
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Not gonna overclock but still gonna get the h100i and change the fans for future builds
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: No, no, no

What are your preferences in case style? (lights, flashy, dull, etc): I don't mind either way. I do like the black and red look though.
Are you planning to use multiple monitors? Possibly in the future

Do you have any preferred brands? Asus but as long as they're good, I don't mind
Can you reuse any components from an older build? I have a 256 ssd and a 1tb hdd so don't need those
