You could get a skylake processor, but the black friday fervor has haswell going for cheap, making it a waste of money currently.
also be sure to look into newegg's special, they do 25 off 200 dollar purchase with visa checkout + code.

The rest of the budget can be used on getting windows from Reddits microsoft software swap and changing your case to something you like, as you have 50 dollars left and will get a goood chunk back on rebates if you do them.
