Build for a friend. Too lazy to PC part picker myself
Will pay some FG to the best build

Budget: $1500 Tops
More specific use (what games, what programs): WoW, Starcraft, Hearthstone
Planned time until purchase: Want it ready by the new year

Do you have any specific preferred components?: None, probably Intel CPU though

For those games, you don't need a really good PC, so I'd spend a bit more on keyboard and monitor.

Like a Corsair K70 RGB for around 160$ and either a Dell P2715Q for around 500$ or a good 144Hz monitor or 2 monitors, so he can watch movies while playing HS/WoW. (Depends on how serious he wants to game and what other things he likes to do on PC.)

Not sure how soon is he planning to get a new PC after this but if he wants to upgrade in like 1-3 years, it's probably worth to invest in good peripherals.

Definitely don't need to spend 1500. I can come up with a lot cheaper build that will play everything on max settings.
