More specific use - most performance upgrade for the money

Do you have any specific preferred components?: No
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: No
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: I have cooler
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: No

Need motherboard, cpu, gpu . Everything else I have is up to date and ready to go. Looking for the best 3-way combo for the money

What power supply, case, and RAM are you reusing?

this. case shouldn't really matter. but mobo may not be compatible with ram, newest use ddr4 which I am assuming you don't have. also need to make sure you have sufficient power for gpu.
