Just look for the features you want.
If you want to overclock very high, google best overclocking board to see what people have to say.
Not all boards have all features. some have mroe usb 3.0, or optical audio, or better audio chips, etc.
motherboards, aside from features and overclockability, don't matter that much for the regular consumer.
