to lazy to put full build together, but here is my suggestions.

i stick with nvidia/intel

so 970/i5
ram is so cheap may as well get 16gb, shouldn't ever need more than 8 though (your call)
500gb ssd because why not also really cheap. 850 evo goes for about $150
rest is preference
I usually get asrock mobo/corsair psu nothing fancy. same for case
