You can skip optical drive if you want. (install windows with pen drive)

I wouldn't buy lower capacity SSD, you will run out of space really quick, if you need more storage, just buy a regular hard drive now and maybe save up for an SSD later.

You don't want stock cooling GPU, ones with decent coolers are basically same price

You don't want stock cooling CPU, don't need to spend more cos you won't OC.
