I'd like a PC that could play Fallout 4 on highest settings easily and can be upgraded one thats also quite and can hooked up HDMI to a HDTV
I'd do the pcpartpicker but I don't know if I am choosing something that won't fit on the MOBO or the PC Supply stuff

Pcpartpicker has compatibility filter. Start from mobo and go from there
