Hey Jsp!

It's been a while since I got a new computer but I just upgraded my thinkpad e420 to a t450s. I am attempting to make it so I can use my fkeys as hotkeys for dota2, like I did for d2 back in the day. I was able to do it on my previous computer by restarting and interrupting the normal start-upp process and changing something, but I forgot what exactly to do. Would anybody know how to do this?? Please help me! I cannot change up my hotkeys, I am too used to my playing style ><
