So I only play cs go diablo 3 spin tires rocket league and dolphin emulator.
Have currently a antec 500w psu and gt 610 video card 2gb
Would it be worth to find a processor and upgrade it to the biggest dual core processor it can fit and double my ram? My 2.0 ghz processor is definitely bottle necking my gpu..

Your cheapest option would be to buy a xeon x5450 and better single slot GPU, considering dual slots will not fit.

Your best option would be to buy a whole new rig.

E: You will need a sticker adapter and cut some plastic on your motherboard to use the xeon, it's worth saving some money.

The simplest and cheapest option you have is buying an E8400 intel core duo off ebay for about 8 bucks.
other than that, i agree, would buy a new computer and sell off your old parts.
Even something put together for like 350 bucks will be a mass improvement.

probably worth it to do some more googling and grab the cheapest quad core off of ebay
but you will still be stuck with a poor card.

The specs of that are worse than my 2-year old ultrabook

it is seriously time to invest a little money in a new rig, if you re-use the power supply, hard drive, and optical drive, and go for a new mobo/cpu/ram/graphics/os you could have many magnitudes of a better PC for under $400
