Prices changes regularly, so please come back for a build when you are very close to buying, preferably within 3 days, ideally on same day.
If you do come back and bump your topic when you are ready to buy and are not getting responses quick enough, please feel free to shoot me a PM.

I guess I worded it wrong, I plan on buying by Nov 1st, but ideally I'll be buying everything within the week. If anything is planned to be coming out within that time frame than I'd rather wait to buy it (i.e new processor etc)

I3's are not good gaming processors.
that motherboard is very basic, if yo uever think you might want to SLI/crossfire or overclock, you'd need to consider a different motherboard (for multi gpu)/K series processor(for overclocking).

Edit:
This build is the same but I changed the motherboard to something that costs more, but is Full size and has more features such as Front USB 3.0 and additional slots for graphics cards
If it's in your budget, I'd recommend it, since it will give you more options for the future, or be more appealing to whoever you sell/give this to in the future.

otherwise, the parts you picked look fine.

Could you explain the difference between processors? I play a lot of Dayz and Arma which are extremely CPU intensive so this is a big ticket for me

The difference between an i3 and an i5 is that an I3 has 2 cores with hyperthreading.
[Hyperthreading is 1 core being simulated as 2 cores. This generally isn't good for gaming, but it is better than just 2 physical cores like the Pentium g3258.]

The i5 has 4 actual cores, so you will get much more performance than out of the i3.

That's exactly why you need to get i5 over i3
