Budget is 1500 $ Canadian - Including shipping and taxes.

No games will be played on the computer, only video and photo editing on the computer.

(Premiere pro, photoshop, minor after effects).

Will be using dual monitor setup. Only need the tower ( I have monitors, also have windows / keyboard / mouse )

Here is the build I've came up with

I want to ship, Quebec, Canada, Tomorrow!

Giving 20 fg to the build that I will be using!

I think you'll benefit more from the new gen i7 and ddr4 ram.

Thanks very much didn`t notice that ! Will definately order some ddr4 ram and the new gen i7.

And as for 500 watts power supply, shouldn`t I go for a 600, or even a 750?

Isn`t the z97 a better choice as for the motherboard?

Thanks again for your help NewKID

The new gen Intel cpus and gpus are much less power-hungry. The listed power supply will be more than sufficient.

As for a bigger psu, you only draw what you need so it's not some huge "gas guzzler" , and the 750 is only $20 more, I'd definitely get it.

Wanted to order but the graphics card is not in stock anymore.. anybody know a nice replacement for the 270x?

Not a fan of the micro atx build, doesn`t seem to have a lot of hard drive space.
