around 900-1.2k$ budget for a graphics card, new board and new processor no OC only if I really need it

You can get an i7 with that budget. You can build a whole new computer with an i5.

is there much difference with i7 and this amd? cause amd is pretty cheap imo and I still can run dying light and such with this amd processor and graphics card

but if i go with i7 I dont care to overpay or something I just want to know if it worth more than the amd I want to get

If gaming is your main priority, I'd go with the i5. An i7 would be good when you want to stream/broadcast your games. Although, the i5 is still capable of streaming, the i7 is more effective.

Imo, an i5 is much worth.

Yeah you can. You might experience a smoother stream with the 8350. An i7 would be the top choice if streaming is something you'll be doing.

U only go amd if you can get a better gpu in the budget like a 980ti,
Otherwise u go i5/i7, mobo, 970
