Forgot budget but I really don't want to spend much more than I'd say 500? I rarely play video games so it doesn't have to be the best, I plan to use this for school work and have it at home in case I ever get time to play a video game. I may someday within the next two years need to use some programs that can run heavy like some video and imaging software.

Otherwise a PC like this will run witcher 3 at 1080p on medium high settings
